Survey Pricing Guide Effective June 2003*
	Option 1: Survey Development Only
	Initial survey will be developed for a flat rate of $300 in addition to the survey components listed below. The flat rate covers project management and setup associated with development as well as hosting fees for the duration of the survey. The survey questions and content are billed on an ala carte basis. You add the components you need.
		•	Simple question, no logic (radio button, check box, drop-down, text box, Likert-scale)			$10
		•	Matrix question (up-to 7 line items)			$50
			•	each additional line item		$10/item
		•	Question requiring logic (requires advanced programming e.g., skip logic)			$100
	Each additional related survey will be billed at a flat rate of $100 in addition to the above survey. Data will be stored for 90 days. Long-term data storage is available starting at $25 per quarter.
	Option 2: Survey Development Plus Analysis
	Includes Option 1 services listed above in addition to basic analysis of questions upon completion of the survey. Analysis can be performed on other data sets not collected by Coveted Research. However, additional fees may apply. All pricing is per question unless otherwise noted.
		•	Simple frequency analysis			$10
		•	Matrix (up-to 7 line items, each additional item)			$10/item
		•	Cross-tabulations
			•	Basic (2 categories)		$20
			•	Advanced (2+ categories)		$40
		•	Prediction models (Correlation/Regression analysis)			$80
		•	Analysis of categorical differences (ANOVA/Chi Square analysis)			$80
		•	Item requiring logic			$25
			•	Rank order questions		$100
		•	Content analysis for open-ended questions			$150/hr.
		•	Question analysis and validation			$100/hr.
		•	Data screening/cleaning of outside data sets			$100/hr.
	Option 3: Research and Assessment Requiring a Formal Report					150/hr.
	Research and assessment will include a comprehensive analysis of each item with charts/figures.
		•	Write formal report with findings and recommendations
		•	Disseminate findings to client in the form of a comprehensive formal report
	* Pricing is subject to change without notice. In certain circumstances, pricing may be modified depending upon the nature of the project. Surveys are based on up-to 1,000 respondents.
